This notice describes the features currently provided on Surge’s website. There is no website contact form or customer account. The service-selection, wildlife-screening, and rental-property answers are held temporarily on the page; they are not saved by this website or automatically transferred to the booking provider.

Contact and service information

When you call or email Surge, you provide information through your phone or email service. A service request may include your name, phone number, email, service address, appliance make and model, reported problem, access instructions, and appointment information. Avoid sending payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information in email or booking notes.

Online scheduling

The Continue to Scheduling button sends you to Zenbooker, an external booking provider. Information entered there is handled through that provider’s technology and applicable privacy terms. Booking and payment services may process contact, address, appointment, service, and transaction details. This website does not directly collect or store card numbers.

Website delivery and third parties

Hosting, asset-delivery, and font providers receive technical requests needed to display the site, such as an IP address and requested resource. The published site’s Lovable hosting adds visitor analytics and event-measurement scripts. These can receive page addresses, referring pages, browser information, and visit or performance events, and may use session identifiers. Hosting also uses security cookies. Surge has not added advertising pixels. Provider logging, storage, and retention are governed by their applicable terms.

Use and disclosure

Information you provide is used to communicate about the requested service, coordinate appointments, and administer service and payment. Service providers may process information to support those activities. Information is not offered for sale to third parties for their own marketing.

Security and retention

No internet communication is completely secure. The current website does not maintain a customer-information database.
